Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Dynamic Technology Solutions (DTS), based in Boisar, Maharashtra, handles information that visitors and customers choose to share through our website, enquiry channels, or service interactions.

1. Information you may provide

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identity numbers, or other sensitive information through the website enquiry assistant.

2. How we use information

3. Website AI assistant and third-party services

The website may offer an automated assistant to help with general product information and collect enquiry details. AI-generated information is preliminary: availability, prices, specifications, delivery dates and final commitments must be confirmed by DTS. When you send a message to the assistant, your message is sent to the DTS website backend and may be processed by the third-party AI service provider selected in the active DTS backend configuration to generate a response. The provider may change as the service configuration changes. Website hosting is provided through GitHub Pages, and the enquiry backend may be hosted through Render. These providers process technical data under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Do not enter passwords, payment-card data, government identity numbers or confidential business information into the assistant.

The assistant's temporary conversation context is held in backend memory and expires after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity. This does not control or guarantee retention periods used by hosting providers or the active AI provider; those providers may have separate operational, safety and legal retention practices. DTS does not intentionally use chat content for advertising.

A WhatsApp message is not sent automatically. If you choose to open WhatsApp and manually send an enquiry, WhatsApp will process that interaction under its own terms and privacy policy. DTS does not claim that third-party services are operated or controlled by DTS.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information for third-party marketing. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers supporting website hosting, enquiry handling, communications, installation or delivery; with relevant suppliers where needed to fulfil a request; or where required by law. The actual providers and processing arrangements may change as our services change.

5. Retention, security and your choices

We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, service relationship, recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements. Temporary assistant context expires after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity; enquiry details that are separately retained for quotations, orders, support or legal records may be kept for longer where reasonably necessary. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the systems we operate, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, withdraw a request where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We will explain if a request cannot be fully completed because of verification needs, legal obligations, technical limitations or records that must be retained. Privacy requests and complaints are handled by DTS Management. You can contact DTS Management at dtsboisar@gmail.com or +91 83909 09845. DTS Management will review the request, may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity, and will respond or explain any applicable limitation.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website loads third-party resources such as fonts, icons and product images. When your browser requests those resources, the relevant provider may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. We do not intentionally set analytics cookies in this static page unless an optional analytics feature is added. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some technologies may affect website functionality.

7. Children and policy updates

This website is intended for people making legitimate business or service enquiries, not for children to submit personal information. We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.

Privacy & grievance contact: DTS Management. For a privacy request or complaint, email dtsboisar@gmail.com or call +91 83909 09845.

Terms of Service

These general terms apply to use of the DTS website and initial enquiries. A signed proposal, purchase order, quotation, AMC or other written agreement may contain additional terms for a particular project. If terms conflict, the specific written agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.

1. Enquiries, quotations and availability

Website content and AI responses are general information, not a binding offer. Prices, stock, product specifications, compatibility, delivery schedules and installation timelines are subject to confirmation by DTS and/or the relevant manufacturer or supplier. Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation; if no period is stated, please obtain confirmation before placing an order.

2. Scope of work and site readiness

The exact scope, quantities, equipment, cabling, installation, configuration, testing, exclusions and handover requirements should be recorded in the approved quotation or work order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate site details, reasonable site access, required permissions and agreed power/network facilities. Additional work outside the approved scope may require a revised quotation and approval.

3. Payments, taxes and cancellation

Payment milestones, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any cancellation or rescheduling charges will be as stated in the accepted quotation or written agreement. Do not assume an order is confirmed until DTS has acknowledged it in writing. Special-order items, completed work and third-party supplier commitments may be subject to specific cancellation/return conditions disclosed before confirmation.

4. Warranty, repairs and AMC

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible equipment according to the relevant manufacturer's terms. DTS installation, labour, repair and AMC coverage apply only where expressly included in the written quotation or agreement. An AMC's covered equipment, preventive visits, response times, exclusions, consumables and charges must be defined in that agreement. Physical damage, misuse, unauthorised changes, power or environmental issues and third-party failures may fall outside a warranty or service scope, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

5. Customer responsibilities and acceptable use

Customers must provide accurate enquiry information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, access systems without permission, submit malicious content or misuse contact information. Customers remain responsible for deciding appropriate CCTV placement, obtaining required permissions and complying with applicable privacy and surveillance laws at their premises.

6. Intellectual property and third-party brands

DTS-owned website text, design and branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Product names, logos and trademarks such as PRIZOR or other manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply that DTS owns those marks or that a manufacturer endorses every DTS service.

7. Liability

DTS will use reasonable care in providing agreed services. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the specific written agreement, DTS is not responsible for indirect losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, third-party outages, manufacturer defects or use contrary to instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory rights that apply to a customer.

8. Changes, governing law and disputes

Website information and these general terms may be updated from time to time. The laws of India apply. Courts having competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra will hear disputes, subject to applicable law and any valid dispute-resolution terms in a specific written agreement.
